Hi! I’m Kayla. I am a runner, fitness blogger, yoga instructor and a foodie lover. I started running in 2012 and have ran every weekend since. My first race was a race called Burning Up The Blacktop in my hometown . Since then I have completed 12 half marathons and became a Spartan finisher in March of 2017. I also cross train with weight lifting, strength training and Yoga. I became a certified Yoga Instructor December 2018 and currently teach a class once a week. Every weekend you can find me at races around Georgia. I also love to travel for races throughout the year.
