This is my favorite Peach Cobbler recipe. It only has 9 ingredients and 4 steps making it an easy summer treat! I love adding ground cinnamon to give it an extra boost of flavor. The cobbler is super moist and delicious as soon as it comes out of the oven therefore, goes perfect with vanilla ice cream. Any seasonal fruit can be substituted with this recipe to make the perfect cobbler of your choice.
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar, divided
